We are immensely proud to announce that we have cooperated with Haleon, a globally renowned consumer healthcare company, on a significant packaging upgrade for one of their influential and widely recognized products in China: Fenbid Sustained-Release Capsules.
Recognizing the significance of this upgrade, our team went beyond standard solutions to develop and deliver a bespoke TransMet® Inspire craft design and vacuum metallized transfer paper solution. Our TransMet® Inspire design for Fenbid combined a high-quality silver cardboard base with an eye-catching and highly technical 3D cat-eye lens effect. This intricate, light-refracting pattern delivers an unparalleled visual experience. The result is a stunning visual upgrade that instantly elevates the product's perceived value, drastically improves shelf appeal, and achieves a unique, high-end aesthetic that competitors cannot easily replicate. This sophisticated process is not just decorative; it is a powerful layer of built-in anti-counterfeiting protection, ensuring product authenticity and consumer trust.
The collaboration with Haleon was founded on the principle that premium packaging must also be responsible packaging. Our specialized TransMet® Inspire technology achieves this dual objective, aligning the sophisticated, premium appearance with modern ecological responsibilities.
This advanced process represents a significant step forward in sustainable packaging. Unlike traditional metallized board that relies on non-recyclable plastic films (such as BOPP or PET), which complicate the recycling stream, TransMet® Inspire is fundamentally film-free and plastic-free. This crucial feature directly supports corporate goals for reducing carbon footprint by eliminating plastic usage and simplifying material recovery.
In practice, this means the Fenbid packaging is 100% recyclable, supporting the circular economy and significantly reducing plastic waste. This sustainable choice perfectly aligns with Haleon’s corporate environmental protection initiatives and addresses the growing global consumer demand for transparently eco-friendly packaging solutions, including the urgent need for plastic-free environmental solutions worldwide. Furthermore, this mono-material approach is designed to meet the rigorous requirements of emerging regulations like the European Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR). Choosing our TransMet® Inspire technology is not just an aesthetic upgrade; it is a definitive step toward de-plasticization and future-proofing the brand's commitment to the environment and its regulatory compliance.
We are dedicated to translating every client's creative vision into a compelling reality. The Fenbid project clearly demonstrates our approach: engineering exclusive packaging processes that meet specific brand needs, and in turn, contributing to enhanced brand value and competitive strength through a unique blend of design mastery and sustainable practices.
